More Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.

Furthermore contained in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.

You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.

This development map is covered in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying different sections of the estate.

Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for boat shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
